We recently finished a Fox body 5.0 Coyote engine swap with air conditioning, power steering, power brakes.
We pulled it off our dyno on Friday (415 rear-wheel horsepower and 389 rear-wheel torque) and drove it to Putnam Park Road Course on Saturday morning. Over the 170 mile drive to the course, we averaged 25 mpg at 80 mph. We switched to Kuhmo DOTs, and ran 1:21 flat in traffic, and drove it home on Sunday.
All we can say is that this is an awesome combination that will become more and more popular.
